Starting with a view from just outside our front door

Up the road on the right is the Pension Löffler.

Looking back the house is in the centre.

To the South over a piste in Autumn colors.

On the left we pass a cafe and guesthouse.

Walking up the road ahead is the Panhans hotel.

And we wander back looking over at Hirschenkogel, stopping by a cafe to see their rabbits.

Walking past the house down the road  and around a corner is the Belvedere Hotel where most of our visitors stay.

Then a modest supermarket.

Walking further to the main road through Semmering we can see the bottom of the cable car going up Hirschenkogel

and another hotel and restaurant.

Going along the main road a little and looking right is the "Pinguin" cafe/bar

and, closeby, a more traditional cafe.

Walking up to the left of the Cafe Imbisstube....

Looking up the slope is the cafe we passed earlier with the rabbits

and around the back of the house up a small lane.

Just past the house, a small bakery where our visitors can experience fresh Austrian bread:
